Muddy the Mudcat Appearances
 Muddy the Mudcat loves to get out and about in the community and is available all year long! Whether your event is public or private, Muddy would be more than happy to attend. Some of the events that Muddy has attended in the past are: school events, festivals, parades, grand openings, hospitals, wedding receptions, birthday parties, youth league games, nursing homes, charity and fundraising events, family reunions, corporate events and many more. Hurry to get in your request for Muddy, as he is an extremely busy catfish! He does not want to miss any of his fans!

Player Appearances
 The Carolina Mudcats are very proud to have players that are committed to their community. The players are only available for appearances during the regular baseball season, which runs from April to September. The players have a very busy and demanding schedule, so all appearances are based on their availability and with permission from the team’s Manager. This also makes it very hard to fulfill every request for player appearances.
All player requests must be completed and turned into the Carolina Mudcats no later than a month prior to the event. Click here to obtain a copy of the Carolina Mudcats Player Request Form. Donations
The Carolina Mudcats are very happy to help out various organizations in Eastern North Carolina and the surrounding areas that are committed to making a difference in our community. Due to the large volume of donation requests the Mudcats receive on a daily basis we may not be able to honor every request. A letter of request should be submitted to the Mudcats by mail on organizational letterhead with the following criteria:
- A description of your organization and the event
- The date of your event
- The organizations Federal Tax ID number
- The contact name and address for the event
Please allow about one month’s processing time for your donation request. All requests should be mailed to the following address:

Mudcats Speed Pitch Machine
Do you want to know how fast you can throw a baseball? Get the Mudcats Speed Pitch Machine for your upcoming event! The Speed Pitch Machine is perfect for school events, festivals, corporate outings, birthday parties, charity and fundraising events, and company picnics. If you want to have some fun at your next event with the Speed Pitch machine please call the Carolina Mudcats at (919) 269-2287. All Speed Pitch Machine reservations must be made at least a month prior to the event.

Do you want one of our wonderful Carolina Mudcats staff members to speak at your next event? The Mudcats’ front office members are more than willing to speak at events educating the community about the business of baseball. If you need a member of our front office team to speak at your charitable, educational or civic organization event please call or email Lindsay Wiener at (919) 269-2287 or lwiener@carolinamudcats.com. All speaking requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the event.
Five County Stadium Tours
Have you always wanted to see behind the scenes of a professional baseball stadium? Well, you can do that right here at Five County Stadium! Bring your school class, camp group, youth group, etc. to Five County Stadium on your next fieldtrip. The staff of the Carolina Mudcats will show you all the places that you have always wanted to see including the suites, grounds crew area and clubhouse!
